The Escambia County Sheriff’s Department says a 44-year-old Walnut Hill man has been arrested for inappropriately touching a young girl. The abuse allegedly happened between 2006 through 2009, starting when the victim was five years old. Paul Coleman, has been charged with sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12 and booked into the Escambia County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
