Funeral services for N. L. “Swede” Danielson, co-founder of Faith Chapel Funeral Home, will be today. The 94-year-old Danielson passed away Thursday. In 1965 he and the late Tommy Smith opened Faith Chapel Funeral Home on Beverly Parkway and when Danielson retired in 2012 he was the oldest active funeral director in the State of Florida. Services will be held at 12:30 today at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North with Dr. Jerry Passmore officiating and Dr. Ted Traylor assisting.
