The Florida Department of Law Enforcement says a 26-year-old Milton man has been charged with 10 counts of possessing child pornography was allegedly that was found on his phone. FDLE began investigating Kenneth Flores in November. Agents found more than 100 child pornography images in a Dropbox account. Flores was booked into the Escambia County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
