The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office has identified the body found in Navarre Sunday. Investigators say the body of 47-year-old Toby Dixon, of Birmingham, Alabama was found in a parking lot, but there were no indications of foul play. However, the investigation remains active and ongoing and are treating the case as suspicious until proven otherwise.
