A 28-year-old woman from Crestview is competing for the U.S. speed Skating team in the 2018 Winter Olympics South Korea. Mia Manganello’s parents opened Mia’s Italian Restaurant when she was a baby, but sold it to help Mia chase her dream. They eventually moved to Salt Lake City so she could receive better training. It took her two tries to make the Olympics team.
