MILTON PASTOR ARRESTED

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Department says a Milton pastor has been charged with molesting two teenage sisters. David Rowan was arrested on a warrant from Murfreesboro, Tennessee for two counts of unlawful sexual contact, three counts of sexual battery by an authority figure, and three counts of statutory rape with no bond. The sisters were 14 and 15 at the time of the incident, which occurred in 2014. Rowan, was a friend of the victims’ family and was a guest speaker at a church in Tennessee where he made contact with the victims. He is being held in the Santa Rosa County Jail with no bond.
