3 MILLION DOLLAR SCRATCH-OFF WINNER

A 32-year-old Destin man won 3 million dollars in the Florida Lottery’s Gold Rush scratch-off game, and he did it on Friday the 13th! Glenn Matthews purchased the ticket at the Tom Thumb on Highway 30-A in Santa Rosa Beach and chose to take a one-time, lump-sum payment of $2,157,504.35. The retailer will receive a $6,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
