The Milton Police Department says a man and a woman have been arrested for sex crimes against minors. Investigators said the incidents took place over a three-year period and the victims came forward earlier this month. 41-year-old Jason Shirley, and 33-year-old Jessica Warren, were arrested Friday. Shirley was charged with capital felony charges of sexual battery by a person over 18 on a victim under 12. Warren was charged with a life felony of lewd and lascivious battery. The Milton Police Department is still investigating the case and anyone with information should contact the Department or call Santa Rosa Crime Stoppers at 850-437-STOP.
