WASHINGTON COUNTY MURDER ARREST

The Washington County Sheriff’s Department says two brothers have been arrested for the murder of a 45-year-old Caryville woman. 48-year-old Sean Dowis, of Caryville, and his brother, 49-year-old Greg Dowis, confessed to the murder of Deena Zimmerman, who was last seen leaving her workplace in Graceville shortly after midnight Monday, May 28^th. Ms. Zimmerman’s vehicle was found at a condominium in Panama City Beach and investigators received information that led a suspected gravesite in Washington County. That investigation is on-going.
