MISSING JEWELRY

A man whose wife died from a heart attack at Sacred Heart Hospital on May 14th said some of her jewelry is missing. Ron Wagner said the hospital is unable to locate his wife Cheryl’s wedding ring and diamond stud earrings. In a statement Sacred Heart said the loss of the patient’s ring should not have happened and they are taking steps to ensure it does not happen again. Wagner has since filed a police report. He said he received a call on Tuesday from the chief operating officer of the hospital offering to pay for the lost items, but he s still hoping the items will be found.
