VETERANS AGENT ORANGE COMPENSATION

Vietnam veterans suffering from Agent Orange Exposure may be able to qualify for medical care and disability compensation. A bill passed in the U.S. House specifies veterans who served in Vietnam between 1962 and 1975 are presumed to have been exposed to the Agent Orange herbicide and may retroactively apply for claims that were previously denied between September 25, 1985 and this year. However, the act has not yet been scheduled for a vote in the Senate.
