The Florida Highway Patrol says a 52-year-old Milton man was struck and killed by a vehicle yesterday in the 9000 block of John Hamm Road off of Highway 87. Troopers say the vehicle – a 2002 Lincoln LS – was then stuck in a nearby drainage pool and abandoned by the driver. The driver of the vehicle is unknown and is being sought by the Highway Patrol. The name of the victim has not yet been released.
