The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says an Orlando man, wanted in Seminole and Lake counties, has been arrested in Crestview. Deputies found 39-year-old Lloyd Dow driving an SUV reported stolen in Walton County. A glass pipe and two clear plastic bags containing methamphetamine residue were found under the driver’s seat. Dow was also driving on a suspended license and was charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
