GULF BREEZE SEXUAL ABUSE ARREST

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office says a 53-year-old Gulf Breeze man has been charged with multiple child sex-related offenses after two teenagers accused him of sexual abuse. The victims told investigators that James Prather had abused them on separate occasions when the girls were as young as 12. He was charged with sexual battery on a victim between 12 and 18, and lewd and lascivious behavior and booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail on a $616,000 bond.
