SEXUAL ASSAULT ARREST

A 27-year-old Pensacola man was arrested on sexual assault charges for inappropriately touching two underage girls. Escambia County Sheriff’s Office investigators said the acts occurred between March 2013 and February 2015. During that time Nicholas Moore put the girls on his lap when they visited him in his RV, unbuttoned their pants and touched them in a sexual manner. Moore was charged with sexual assault on a victim 12 years of age or older using a weapon or force and was booked into the Escambia. He is being held Thursday in the Escambia County Jail on a $204,500 bond.
