The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office says a 61-year-old Santa Rosa County woman has been arrested on a felony child cruelty charge for letting a prison inmate have sexual conversations with a teenage girl over the phone. Investigators say Celia Fuston began writing letters and then having phone conversations with a prison inmate in the Graceville Correctional Institution, in Jackson County, who was serving a life sentence for child molestation. Fuston also facilitated phone calls between the inmate and the teenager, whose relationship to Fuston was not released. Fuston was arrested and booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
