Panama City has canceled four weeks-worth of utility bills for residents because of the damage caused by Hurricane Michael. City customers won’t be billed for water, sewer and garbage service for four weeks, including the two weeks when crews worked to restore water. Also, residents who are unable to use water and sewer in November and December won’t be charged the base fees for those services. Regular billing is set to resume in November.
