PROPERTY MANAGER CHARGED

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says a former real estate property manager has been charged with grand theft and scheming to defraud ERA American Real Estate. 45-year-old Tracy Wood is accused of not depositing or paying $46,000 in rent to the company while she was a tenant and manager at units in Shalimar for two years. When confronted by the real estate company’s owner, Wood agreed to pay back the funds and returned about $41,800.
