ESCAMBIA COUNTY RECOUNT COMPLETED

The Escambia County Supervisor of Elections office says the machine recount of three statewide races has been completed. In the Senate race, Republican Rick Scott gained three votes in Escambia County, and Democratic Bill Nelson lost two votes and in the race for governor, Ron DeSantis gained one vote, while Democrat Andrew Gillum’s total remained the same. In the race for Florida’s Commissioner of Agriculture, Republican Matt Caldwell and Democrat Nikki Fried each gained one vote.
