Ashton Hayward, the former mayor of Pensacola, will take on a new position as president of the Andrews Institute Research & Education Foundation. After serving as Mayor for 8 years, Hayward announced he would not seek a third term. The foundation supports doctors and scientists through fellowships, scholarships, and grants. They also oversee the Eagle Fund which provides care to wounded warriors.
