An English teacher at Washington High School has been arrested again. The Escambia County Sheriff’s Department said Mark Lua was arrested yesterday, charged with sexual assault of a victim of a 16 or 17-years-old, and public order crimes by using a two-way communication device. His bond is set at $125,000. Just over a week ago, the Pensacola Police Department arrested Lua on two felony counts for soliciting a student to send him an inappropriate video. Lua has been suspended until the investigation is complete.
