The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says the man on trial for a deadly boat crash in 2016 has been found dead. Judsen Cunningham was found at his home around 6:30 a.m. yesterday and investigators say he appeared to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Cunningham was on trial for the boat crash that killed two people in Destin. He was charged with stealing the boat, drunk boating, and negligent homicide and could have faced life in prison.
