A quadruple shooting Thursday in Bay County remains under investigation. Panama City Police have declined to identify the victims, but say one victim was pronounced dead on scene, while three others were transported with life-threatening injuries. Police say the shooter and the victims were known to each other and it was not a random act. 53-year-old Michael Harrison Hunt, a former sex offender, has been taken into custody on unrelated charges but has not been charged with the homicide.
