The Florida Highway Patrol says three people were killed in a two-car traffic crash early Saturday morning in Santa Rosa County. Troopers say a pickup truck was northbound on Chumuckla Highway around midnight when it crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a Jeep Wrangler and both vehicles caught fire. The driver of the pickup and the driver and passenger of the Jeep all died of their injuries. Their names have not been released and alcohol is not considered a factor. The investigation is continuing.
