Panama City Beach police have identified the man who robbed a Bay County bank Wednesday morning and are asking the public’s help in locating him. Bank employees at First National Bank of Northwest Florida on Hutchinson Boulevard said a white male – identified as 30-year-old Ross Masa, of Punta Gorda, Florida – walked into the bank around 9:45 a.m. and handed a teller a note demanding money. A warrant has sincde been issued for his arrest and anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact the Panama City Beach Police Department.
