The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office says a 34-year-old Navarre man was shot and killed early Saturday morning at a home in Mary Esther. Deputies responded to a 911 call of gunshots and found Christopher Black of Navarre outside in a carport. He was transported to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. A second individual was also wounded, but is expected to survive. The investigation is continuing.
