Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents have arrested an inmate at Blackwater Correctional Facility on charges of terrorism. 53-year-old Norberto Iglesias is a serving a 15-year sentence for grand theft and fraud. Iglesias is accused of writing threatening letters saying he had information about weapons and explosives throughout Florida. He said Miami would be a river of blood unless he and another unnamed inmate were allowed to serve their prison sentences on house arrest or at a hotel in Miami. He is charged with making a threat to place a destructive device; making written threats to kill, do bodily injury or conduct a mass shooting or commit an act of terrorism. The case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney.
