PENSACOLA BURGLARLY SUSPECT ARRESTED

Pensacola Police say a burglary suspect has been arrested after a 12-hour manhunt in Northeast Pensacola. Police responded to reports of an intoxicated man acting strangely on April Road near Leesway Boulevard on Monday. Investigators said 52-year-old Charles Moucheron, of Pensacola, fled through neighborhood backyards and police deployed a drone to try to locate him. Moucheron was eventually apprehended around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday inside a residence, approximately three blocks from where he was first seen. He has been charged with attempted burglary of an occupied dwelling, criminal mischief, loitering and prowling, and booked into the Escambia County Jail on a $21,000 bond.
