The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office says a Navarre man – arrested for killing his mother-in-law – was found dead in his jail cell Friday. 51-year-old Robert Lucas was found by staff members shortly after 5 a.m. Investigators are working the case as a suicide. Lucas’ 57-year-old mother-in-law was found dead February 5th in her garage after she was reported missing hours earlier.
