The Escambia County Sheriff’s Department said two members of the U.S. Coast Guard have been arrested for buying alcohol for minors at Pensacola Beach, one of whom had to be taken to the hospital for alcohol toxicity. 21-year-old Jimmie Hill, of Gloucester, Virginia, and 23-year-old Gabe Munoz, of Oxnard, California, were both charged with buying alcohol for a person under the age of 21. They are stationed on the Coast Guard Cutter Decisive, which is homeported in Pensacola.
