FLORIDA VAPING BILL FILED

A bill filed in the Florida House of Representatives would raise the legal age for vaping and smoking tobacco from 18 to 21 in Florida. The Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is recommending people stop using e-cigarettes until a multistate investigation into lung-related illnesses is complete. As many as 450 people in 33 states – including Florida – have suffered vaping-related lung illnesses. The Florida legislative session starts Jan 14th.
