The winner of the online contest to turn on the lights at the new Pensacola Beach sailfish sign has been selected. The name of Robin Bjorklund (“Bee-Ork-Lund”) was randomly selected from 1,548 contest entries. The new sign was designed to look like the old sign, and it features energy efficient LED lights. The lighting ceremony will take place at 10am today.
