The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Department says a 31-year-old Mary Esther man has been arrested for a murder that happened back on July 13th. Eugene Bradley got into a fight with Christopher Black after seeing him talk to his girlfriend and shot him three times. Bradley was wounded in the arm by one of the shots. He was taken into custody at an Arby’s restaurant on Highway 98 in west Okaloosa County yesterday afternoon and is being held in the Okaloosa County Jail without bond.
