VETERAN’S DAY EVENTS

There are many Veterans Day events today. In Pensacola the Veterans Day Parade will start at 10 a.m. in downtown Pensacola at Garden and Spring streets and end at Veterans Memorial Park with a memorial wreath placement, music performance, and more. A World War I Presentation and Commemorative Coin Ceremony will begin at 11:11 a.m. today at the National Naval Aviation Museum, and on Pensacola Beach the Veteran’s Day Parade begins at 2 p.m. at Avenida 10 and ends at the Casino Beach Gulf-side Pavilion. In Santa Rosa County there will be an 11am ceremony in Navarre, and in Milton the parade will begin at 9:15 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Plaza.
