SHOOTING SUSPECT SOUGHT

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect in a weekend shooting that wounded a Panama City man outside a residence on Cat Mar Road, east of Niceville. Investigators say 22-year-old Kelsey Siler was shot twice while inside a parked car and is undergoing treatment. An active warrant has been issued for 16-year-old Richard Grice for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Anyone with information on Grice’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Department or call Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers at (850) 863-TIPS
