A man wanted by the Escambia County Sheriff’s office for an attempted murder has been arrested. 18-year-old Phillip Bivins, is charged with attempted murder and a weapon offense. He was wanted for a shooting that occurred last Thursday when he and the victim got into a fight. Bivins is accused of shooting the victim three times after they got into a fight over a marijuana cigarette.
