Gas prices are declining in Florida. They had reached an average price of nearly $2.53 per gallon last Tuesday, but have dropped 4 cents to $2.49 per gallon. Tensions between the US and Iran pushed crude oil prices higher in recent weeks, but oil prices sank as tensions began to ease. Normally, drivers see some of the lowest gas prices of the year in January, but prices have remained elevated compared to recent months. The Triple “A” Auto Club Group thinks prices could drop another few cents this week.
