UWF CANCELS FOREIGN TRAVEL

Concerns about the coronavirus has caused the University of West Florida to suspend school-sponsored travel to five countries identified as hot spots for the virus. That includes business-related travel, study abroad programs, student exchange programs and faculty-led programs in China, Iran, Italy, Japan and South Korea. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention identified all of the countries as high-risk areas for the transmission of the coronavirus, now known as COVID-19.
