SENIORS FOOD STORE HOURS

Publix food stores say that starting Tuesday, March 24th, they are designating Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, from 7 to 8 a.m., as senior shopping hours for customers age 65 and over. The policy will be in effect until further notice. Publix Pharmacy will also be open at 7 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to serve seniors. Other stores that have adjusted their hours to help older shoppers include Walmart, Target, Fresh Market, Winn-Dixie and Dollar General.
