The Crestview Police Department and the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a fatal shooting that happened around 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hilton Motel on Highway 90. The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office was called to the Hilton Motel and found 19-year-old Kaylun Gray of Elba, Alabama dead of a gunshot wound. 25-year-old Jakeith Tyrrell Edwards of Enterprise, Alabama, was driven to the Okaloosa Medical Center in a private vehicle where he later died. Investigators say the shooting was the result of a staged robbery and shootout between Gray and Edwards. The Crestview Police Department arrested 20-year-old Jasmine Williams of Crestview, 24-year-old Eric Dorsey of Andalusia, Alabama, and 23-year-old Tykira Deandrade of Andalusia, Alabama. All are charged with murder.
