A man who bought a winning scratch-off ticket on Pensacola Beach that was worth one million dollars has chosen to take the lump-sum payment option of $715,000. He bought his winning, twenty-dollar Monopoly Jackpot Scratch-Off ticket, at the Pensacola Beach Food Mart on Via De Luna Drive. The store will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket. Only 20 tickets in the game are worth a million dollars and six remain unclaimed.
