BLUE WAHOOS ON NBC TELEVISION

The Pensacola Blue Wahoos may have lost out on the minor league baseball season because of the Coronavius pandemic, but they will be getting national exposure on NBC Television. As a way of putting their dormant facility to good use, the organization turned the clubhouse and field into an Airbnb. It was an instant hit and stayed booked up all summer. Now a family from Draper, Utah, will be featured on NBC’s Weekend Today program which airs from 6 to 8 a.m. Central time this Saturday. There have been 52 different guest stays at Blue Wahoos Stadium representing 23 different states and the Blue Wahoos recently won Minor League Baseball’s Golden Bobblehead Award for Best Overall Promotion.
