The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting that happened early Monday morning in the Crescent Lake Subdivision off Michigan Avenue. Deputies responded about 12:30 a.m. to the 5400 block of Glass Drive, where they found a man dead from a gunshot wound. Investigators are searching for 18-year-old Antonio Slocum Jr., for questioning only. Department spokesman Major Andrew Hobbs said multiple witnesses saw the shooting, but all were uncooperative. The investigation is ongoing.
