FEMA ASSISTANCE FILING DEADLINE

The deadline to apply for assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to recover from Hurricane Sally is December 1^st. The same deadline is for those who wish to apply for low-interest loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration. Applications for FEMA assistance will be accepted online at DisasterAssistance.gov or by calling the phone number on the website. In-person assistance with an SBA disaster loan is available at Business Recovery Centers, open 7 days a week, 8 a.m.to 8 p.m., at the East Pensacola Heights Clubhouse, 3208 E. Gonzalez Street or the Bridgeway Center, 205 Shell Avenue in Fort Walton Beach.
