The FBI has arrested a 37-year-old Pensacola man for his involvement with the riots at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th. Jesus Rivera was taken into custody Wednesday morning at his home by FBI agents in coordination with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office and made his initial appearance before Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Timothy at the U.S. courthouse in Pensacola.
