Emerald Coast Utilities Authority offices will be closed today and Monday, December 26th, and on Monday, January 2nd, 2017. However, there will be no changes to ECUA sanitation collection schedules in Escambia or Santa Rosa counties and customers may place wreaths and Christmas trees, and decorations, at the curb for pick-up with regular yard waste collection.
