A Jay woman who pleaded guilty to having sex with a minor has been sentenced to serve 38 months in state prison by Circuit Judge Ross Goodman. In 2015, Kimberly Seevers gave a teenage boy alcohol and had sex with him at her home. Seevers pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual battery on a minor. She also received 3-years probation and must register as a sex offender. She still faces separate sexual battery charges involving another teenager.
