CYBER STALKER ARRESTED 1-25-17

A 31-year-old Escambia County man has been arrested on charges of aggravated stalking after he used public photos of women to harass them and their family members. Investigators say Sean Vest began his cyber-stalking in December and did not stop until last Friday when he was arrested. Investigators said Vest, who called himself “Mister Pervert,” would take photos off the women’s social media sites then text them to family members with graphic threats or send the photos to sexual dating websites. Those who were victimized ranged in age from people in their 60s to a 12-year-old child. Investigators believe there are more victims and encourages them to come forward with any information. Vest has been charged with 15 counts of aggravated stalking and cyberstalking.
