A Gulf Breeze lawyer is one of 13 attorneys suspended by the Florida Supreme Court. Richard Colbert pleaded guilty in federal court to 13 felony counts of theft, embezzlement, misapplication of funds entrusted to a financial institution; money laundering, conspiracy to commit bank fraud and making false statements to a federal financial institution. Colbert will sentenced in March.
