A Pensacola teen is facing homicide charges for a fatal shooting in Ferry Pass two months ago. On November 23, 2016, deputies responded to a report of a double shooting at a home in the 100 block of Mirabelle Circle. When deputies arrived they found 17-year-old Tristan Bruni and the victim’s father in the front yard. The father told deputies he heard two gunshots from his son’s bedroom and found his son was lying on the floor with a gunshot wound. Bruni was in the room and had a gunshot wound to his face. Bruni fought with the victim’s father telling him he had to kill himself. The man’s son died, but Bruni survived and has now been charged with manslaughter.
